Virginia Commons combines a perfect balance between affordability and comfort. We are conveniently located in Dumfries along the Potomac River in the southern portion of Woodbridge, Virginia. Our location makes for an easy commute to Woodbridge, Quantico, Triangle, Fort Belvoir, and the metropolitan Washington DC area. We are also within walking distance of a county commuter lot for both public transportation and carpool (SLUG) pickup.
Our Apartments
We offer apartment homes that are larger than most of the comparable units in the area. Our community is made up of 188 large one, two and three bedroom units that range from 740-1,100 sq ft. In addition to the interior space, most of our apartment homes feature balconies or patios that add private living space for enjoying the outdoors. The community is also completely fenced in to provide even more privacy for residents.
All homes feature:
- Upgraded Merillat kitchen/bath cabinetry
- GE appliances with smooth glass cook top stoves
- In-unit washer/dryers, and contemporary lighting
Built in stainless steel microwaves are also available in select apartment homes. Additionally, our community is a Verizon enhanced community that features super fast fiber optic Internet/TV/phone (FIOS).
At Virginia Commons, we work with all prospective residents to help make moving here an enjoyable experience. Because we are not a subsidized community, we have the flexibility to accept all qualified applicants.
