Online Payment
Virginia Commons accepts rental account payments through our payment partner, RentPayment. All fees associated with online payments are charged directly by the payment partner, and are not shared with Virginia Commons. The most economical payment options include ACH/debit/e-check and electronic money orders. Credit cards are also accepted through the RentPayment system.
New Residents or Residents Paying a Security Deposit / Hold Fee
**When making an online payment for a new lease application, security deposit or hold fee, please call the rental office (703) 221-4838 prior to making the payment. We will provide you with the correct property address to use so your payment is credited correctly.
Existing Residents
Visit RentPayment to set up your account and make one time or recurring rental payments.
When you are asked during your account setup for the property address, please follow the template below with your street address shown, filling in the “XX” with building number and apartment number (#) to quickly identify your home’s address in the payment system:
