We are seeking a driven and skilled Accounting Assistant to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced work environment, are proficient at multi-tasking, and have experience with various office software (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe), this position may be for you. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Completing work tasks promptly, as assigned, in an orderly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Providing support to senior accountants and other administrative staff members.
• Multi-tasking effectively to handle various responsibilities.
• Following protocols and procedures to manage files.
• Scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
• Transmitting correspondence to clients and insureds.
• Helping ensure office procedures run smoothly.

Requirements:

• Two years or more of administrative experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• General familiarity with office equipment.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to sit for extended periods, with occasional standing, walking, or kneeling.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds (approximate weight of a box of paper).
• High School degree; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be an advantage.
