Are you a detail-oriented and driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage high transaction volumes, and a proactive approach to billing and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume billing and collections processes with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments
• Process and reconcile daily receivables, payments, and adjustments
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
• Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and client portals
• Generate reports and provide updates on aging, outstanding balances, and collection status
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar accounting function
• Strong experience working with client billing portals (e.g., Home Depot, Target, Amazon, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS, etc.)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
