Infinite Machine is looking for a creative and resourceful Activation & Events Lead to orchestrate and execute our on-the-ground presence. This person will be the architect behind events, retail pop-ups, and guerrilla marketing activations that bring the Infinite Machine brand to life in New York City and around the world.
Event Production: Plan and execute high-energy events that showcase Infinite Machinethink launch parties, demo days, or urban takeovers.
Retail Pop-Ups: Scout A+ locations, execute immersive pop-up experiences, and bring our vehicles to people in unexpected ways.
Guerrilla Marketing: Conceptualize and lead unconventional, high-impact marketing stunts that generate buzz and capture attention.
Ride-Arounds: Organize city rides, demonstrations, and community engagement events that highlight the P1's performance and style.
Community Hype: Build local community of riders, creators, and fans to amplify our mission and turn strangers into superfans.
Logistics Wizard: Handle permits, vendors, timelines, and whatever curveballs come with pulling off epic IRL moments.
Brand Representation: Be the face of Infinite Machine at all in-person events, building meaningful relationships with our community and industry partners.
Genuine enthusiasm for our product, mission, and the future of cities.
Years of experience planning events, wrangling chaos, and pulling off large productionswhether it's a warehouse rave, a street protest, or a rogue art drop.
Comfort and experience with 2-wheel vehicles. Ideally possess a motorcycle license.
Excited about guerrilla marketingscrappy, clever, and unafraid to bend the rules. Ability to talk their way into (or out of) anythingvenues, partnerships, you name it.
Organized but adaptablespreadsheets don't scare you, but neither does improvising when Plan A goes sideways.
