About Ravello at Tuscan Lakes:

Ravello is a 244 unit -Class A community located off I45 south and 96 in the prestigious Tuscan Lakes area. Beautiful, upgraded interiors, attached garages and resort style amenities.

Essential Duties of the Apartment Leasing Agent:

• Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospects
• GREAT commission opportunities
• Verify application and process paperwork
• Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections
• Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach
• Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service
• Assist the property manager and leasing manager as needed

Required Skills and Experience of the Apartment Leasing Agent:

• Experience in leasing conventional apartments REQUIRED; Strong sales and leasing skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be willing to go above and beyond
• Great attitude flexibility, and professional presentation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
