Now Hiring Apartment Leasing Consultant's in Ft Collins, Colorado

Are you an outgoing and motivated individual with a passion for helping others find their perfect home? Career Strategies is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team!

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, conducting property tours, processing lease applications and renewals, and ensuring the property is always maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements:

• Section 8/Tax Credit
• Previous Apartment Leasing Experience
• Bilingual is a plus
• Sales Experience
• Background of Customer Service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be available to work weekends

Pay Rate:

• $18-21/hr (Depending on experience)
• Weekly pay

Schedule - Monday through Friday 9am-6pm with a (1 Hour lunch).
