Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bank Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate must have previous banking or teller experience , excellent customer service skills, and strong attention to detail. This role is responsible for providing efficient, accurate, and friendly service to customers while following all bank policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate transaction records
• Verify customer identification, signatures, and account information
• Assist customers with account inquiries and direct them to appropriate services
• Promote bank products and services when appropriate
• Handle cash accurately and comply with security and compliance standards
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused environment
• Support branch operations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous bank teller or banking experience is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking systems
• High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
