What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform data analysis to support business initiatives and improve existing processes
• Identify user requirements and analyze problems to recommend business solutions
• Coordinate with various business units to develop and deliver training programs
• Serve as the subject matter expert to ensure operational performance of assigned functions
• Formulate and update departmental policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Advanced Excel skills highly preferred
• Ability to travel as required
• Project management experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience building staffing models or capacity planning
• Familiarity with implementing user acceptance testing of various systems
