Job Summary: The Car Wash Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations from site upkeep to guest service, membership sales as well as training a positive team. An outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for guest caring/service is a key component of this role. The Car Wash Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for guests as well as providing a safe, positive working environment for employees. This position requires adhering to all guidelines, including company policies and all local, state, and federal compliances. Base pay range $22.00/hr - $28.00/hr Benefits $22 to $28 hourly PLUS bonus. Paid Time Off. Flexible Working Hours. We offer the opportunity for growth within the BLISS family and value each one of our team members. Duties Include Manage site team and maintain a clean, efficient site. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform attire and policy adherence. Scheduling of site team by policy and adherence to the schedule. Review/Approve employee timecards. Train the team on product knowledge, package details, upgrades and the membership (Unlimited Wash) program. Provide excellent guest experience by training the team on internal and external marketing programs. Provide daily directions to the team and ensure safety and compliance procedures are followed. Anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems as necessary. Train on site open/close process and ensure site is fully operational during business hours. Provide strong, positive, proactive leadership with direction, feedback, and accountability for performance and results. Administer corrective actions/Performance Improvement Plans when needed following company policy. Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols for the team and guests. Perform monthly OSHA training. Perform weekly/monthly inventory on consumables and train on ordering. Coordinate after-hours site cleaning per schedule and ensure tunnel equipment, floors, walls, pits, and other areas are clean. Ensure staffing levels meet site needs. Interview, recruit, hire and train all car wash staff. Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries efficiently. Be flexible to step into any role necessary. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Qualifications Managerial experience. Experience such as car wash, retail and/or guest service industry preferred but not required. Knowledge & Skills Maintain the highest level of guest service. Ability to adapt to an ever-changing high-volume car wash. Takes ownership in navigating and overcoming obstacles. Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situations. Attention to detail. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates (including Fridays & Saturdays). Demonstrate ability to improve team performance through motivation, training and setting clear expectations. Leadership & Language Written and verbal communication in English. Multitasking and strong organizational skills. Ability to lead, support, and contribute to team goals. Ability to communicate clearly with management, coworkers, and guests.
