The Car Wash Manager is responsible for managing and operating a Tunnel Car Wash with annual revenues of $600k - $1.5M. You will oversee a staff of 6-8 Car Wash associates and ensure the daily operation runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of appearance and cleanliness. You will report directly to the Site Operations Manager. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations and communicate effectively with the Site Operations Manager Drive club memberships to increase sales and profitability Monitor chemicals, utilities, and expenses for effective P&L management Build and maintain a strong team through hiring, training, coaching, and performance feedback Manage team performance, including disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies Lead a team in a fair and consistent manner, adhering to laws and policies Achieve operational and financial goals, including sales and expenses Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the facility and grounds Ensure all equipment functions properly and resolve issues promptly Greet guests warmly and assist with the car wash process and vacuums Handle customer complaints, employee conflicts, and operational problems fairly Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Train new Car Wash associates Assist the Site Operations Manager during slow periods or after hours as needed Working Relationships Coordinate with the Site Operations Manager, Store Manager, Car Wash Program Manager, District Manager, team members, vendors, and other personnel. Minimum and Preferred Qualifications Minimum Experience: 6-12 months in a car wash environment Preferred Experience: Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a car wash setting Education: High School diploma or GED preferred Soft Skills: Good communication, high energy, organization, independence, teamwork Hours & Conditions This is a full-time position involving varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel may be required (up to 5%). Must be able to stand for 8 hours, lift 40 lbs, and work in cooler temperatures.
