About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to spearhead the revenue strategy for the team and the new stadium, which is set to open in the spring of 2027. The successful candidate will be a key leader within the organization, responsible for driving revenue across all streams, including ticket sales, premium sales, partnership sales, and activation, as well as merchandise, food and beverage, and external events. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in sales, leadership, and talent development, who can set and execute revenue strategies, manage KPIs, and lead marketing efforts to ensure the needs of the customer are met. The CRO will also be involved in contract negotiations, and must be adept at pivoting strategies based on sales performance. Applicants for the Chief Revenue Officer position at the company should have a minimum of eight years' experience in diverse leadership roles focused on revenue growth, with a strong background in general management and P&L supervision. The ideal candidate will have a history of success in growing revenue through various channels, including new product development, marketing, branding, ticketing, and partnerships. An inspirational leadership style, a hands-on approach, and the ability to make data-driven decisions are essential.
