Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Citrix SME and support the design, deployment, and management of Citrix infrastructure in a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler (ADC), and cloud-hosted Citrix solutions (e.g., Citrix Cloud on Azure/AWS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead and SME for all Citrix-related initiatives and escalations.
• Design, implement, and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop).
• Administer and optimize Citrix NetScaler (ADC) for load balancing, gateway, and security.
• Manage Citrix Cloud environments, including integration with on-prem and hybrid solutions.
• Monitor performance and ensure high availability and security of Citrix services.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams for seamless end-user experience.
• Lead upgrades, patches, migrations, and disaster recovery planning for Citrix environments.
• Automate provisioning and maintenance tasks where possible (PowerShell, scripting, etc.).
• Document system architecture, processes, and best practices.
• Provide technical mentorship and training to junior engineers and support staff.
