In this role, you will be responsible for recording shipping and receiving information and performing hands-on inventory control tasks in the 2nd shift . You'll play a key part in ensuring our operations run smoothly and accurately. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like: Data Entry: Accurately enter customer part numbers, supplier information, and other data into our inventory management system. Document Processing: Handle shipping and receiving documents and input information from bills of lading. Order Management: Dispatch orders and create tags for customer part selection. Quality Control: Conduct checks to ensure supplier compliance. Problem Solving: Process claims for misdirected parts and update claim information in the customer system. What You'll Need to Excel: Availability: You must be flexible to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends. Experience: Experience with Microsoft Office and clerical or data entry work is required. Physical Demands: This job requires the ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods of time.
