Job Overview: Help us Serve the Perfect Cup! We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented, Coffee shop experienced person to join our team for our takeout coffee and bakery concept. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and providing excellent service to customers. As a Coffee Specialist, you will prepare a variety of coffee drinks, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and create a positive experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including brewing equipment and utensils.
• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Take and process customer orders accurately, offering suggestions for drinks and food items when appropriate.
• Ensure that all beverages are prepared with the correct ingredients, measurements, and presentation.
• Help maintain inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
• Assist in cleaning duties, including washing dishes, wiping down counters, and taking out trash.
• Monitor the quality of coffee and other beverages, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance.
• Cross train with the Deli for sandwiches etc.
• Qualifications:
  
  
  • Previous experience in a coffee shop preferred or customer service role in food required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to handle cash and use a point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
