Commercial Lines Client Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Client Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing middle-market accounts, specifically within the real estate, development, and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge, exceptional client management skills, and a proactive approach to delivering outstanding service.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range : $80,000 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of middle-market accounts in the real estate, development, and construction industries.
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and account management.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and documentation.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide expert guidance.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; CRIS designation is a plus.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a strong preference for candidates with expertise in real estate, development, and construction accounts.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
