Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr We are looking for a Multi Lines Underwriter to join our dynamic Insurance team. The ideal candidate will have Construction Underwriting, Builders Risk Underwriting, General Liability Underwriting, Renewal Business Underwriting, Retail, and Wholesale experience. Critical thinking and analysis skills as well as strong interpersonal skills are essential. What You Will Be Doing As a Multi Lines Underwriter, you will work in office based in Pearl River, NY, after a 6-month period, you are eligible to work 1 day from home. You are an experienced mid-level underwriter with over 3 years' experience ready to grow your career. You are experienced with underwriting policies in construction, builder's risk, and/or property & casualty. You're responsible for writing new policies and writing renewal policies while assessing risk for each and every individual policy. New business is desired but you will be responsible for writing predominantly renewal business with the average policy underwriting of $50,000 or more.
