Overview We seek a specialist to lead the execution of innovative communication campaigns focused on community health, particularly substance use awareness. Collaborate with community partners to promote and disseminate communication campaign materials. Manage program budgets, report outcomes, and ensure compliance with grant requirements. Engage in advocacy efforts and uphold the values of trauma‑informed care, respect, and empowerment in all interactions. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience OR a master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, public health, education, or a related field. Proven ability to manage large projects and collaborate across teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, videoconferencing, and online reporting systems. Valid driver’s license, private insurance, and ability to travel within the service area. Home internet connection. Must be able to obtain DCFS CANTS Child Abuse Clearance.
