HF Sinclair is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager in Dallas, TX who will be responsible for creating and implementing internal and external communication strategies that support HF Sinclair's mission and effectively represent its brand to employees and stakeholders. Job Duties Leads the development and execution of strategic communication plans that support corporate initiatives and align with business objectives. Drives employee engagement and alignment through internal communications that reinforce culture, support change and promote key priorities. Manages digital content across platforms to strengthen brand presence and enhance audience engagement. Provides counsel to business leaders, serving as a critical partner in shaping strategy, messaging and change management efforts for key initiatives. Manages and maintains the corporate editorial calendar for communications. Plays a supporting role in managing emerging issues and the incident command structure. Monitors and evaluates communication effectiveness, leveraging analytics to refine messaging and improve engagement outcomes. Serves as a corporate brand ambassador by upholding corporate brand guidelines and offering guidance to maintain a consistent brand image and corporate voice. Experience A minimum of five years of corporate communications, or public relations is required. Preferred Experience Communications experience in the energy or manufacturing industries is preferred. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication or public relations is required. Required Skills Strong written communication skills and demonstrated strategic thinking are essential. Experience collaborating with executives, business partners and stakeholders is required. The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated and focused on results. Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail are expected. Proficiency in AP Style and familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint and WordPress is considered an asset for this position. No direct supervision of employees; may oversee contract or temporary employees. Work Conditions Office-based. Some travel may be required.
