Forest River, Inc., the Nation's largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening.
Seeking professional, extremely motivated self-starter for a rare opportunity to consultatively sell premier laminate travel trailers. Candidate must be committed to growing an underdeveloped territory into an established, turnkey operation by identifying, prospecting, and closing the right distribution partners in each BTA. Candidate will need a keen ability to leverage data to present compelling sales proposals, and exhibit consistent follow-up. B2B sales experience preferred, but not required. A hungry, engaging, memorable candidate without B2B sales experience will be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

• Grow existing account sales through in-person product training, adding consultative value, supporting RV show efforts, great follow-up, and building strong relationships with key dealership personnel.
• Expand brand reach within territory by developing a plan for signing new business in key BTA's, building and communicating a compelling case for partnership, and relentless respectful follow-up.
• Compile and leverage data to grow existing accounts and add new accounts in key BTA's within territory.
• Use a great balance of art (personality, relationship-building) and science (data, strategic planning, consistency) to grow territory.
• Submit required weekly and monthly reporting in a timely, thorough and accurate manner.
• Work well within a team structure, and respectfully communicate with internal and external customers.
• Up to 60% travel required. Travel must be managed in an efficient, responsible and cost effective manner.
