Job Summary
The Document Image Clerk is responsible for preforming a wide range of administrative functions while supporting the Expediting and Customer Service team. This position is also responsible for scanning sales department documents into the Document Imaging Scanner.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Imports and Exports electronic file documents into the document management system (DMS).
Responds to all document change e-mail requests from various departments.
Adjusts system information and assists in tracking orders.
Answers all document inquiries received via phone, email, or ERP system.
Cross trains with the Receptionist and assists in fulfilling as a backup when needed.
Processes return authorizations.
Performs other related functions as assigned.
Job Specifications
Skills
Highly proficient skills in Microsoft; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to understand the Customer Order Process, ERP System (Syteline 8).
Able to learn/understand the production processes, product offered, and services.
Ability to understand Written/verbal instructions.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to manage multiple in/outbound calls.
Education
Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Preferred: Microsoft Office Suite certification from an accredited institution.
Work Experience
Required: No previous work experience required
Preferred: 1 year of previous experience working in an office setting.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
Detail-oriented and have the capability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
Efficiently multi-task while maintaining precision.
Ability to carry up to 25lbs.
Compensation can range between $15 -$16/hr.
