We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and competitive individuals to join our sales and marketing team as Door-to-Door Sales / Marketing Representatives. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company , engaging directly with homeowners to generate qualified leads for free roof inspections.
No prior roofing or sales experience is required — we provide paid training, certifications, and all the tools you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
Canvass residential neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our services.
Educate potential customers about roofing solutions, storm restoration, and special offers.
Schedule free roof inspections with our project managers.
Track leads, appointments, and maintain accurate daily activity reports.
Represent NE Contractors professionally, respectfully, and with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and people skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven.
Ability to work independently and within a supportive team environment.
Reliable transportation (required).
Ability to walk/stand outdoors for extended periods.
Willingness to work evenings/weekends to connect with homeowners.
Previous experience in sales, canvassing, door-to-door marketing, roofing sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
