We are looking to hire 2 Door to Door sales people as soon as next week to capitalize on the nor easter storm damage!

This position will be commission only and has uncapped potential! We want us all to make money, which is why commission in uncapped!

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic door to door Sales Representative to join our team for roofing insurance door knocking.

This role is essential for driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with new clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for door to door sales and a knack for communicating effectively with customers.

As a D2D Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads by going door to door, helping clients understand the insurance process and negotiating deals that meet our clients' needs with their insurance companies.

Duties

• Door to door sales on a 5 day per week basis in residential areas. With weekends as needed.
• Engage in effective communication of our provided sales system which includes operating a roofing drone to do roofing inspections on the spot and explain insurance claims.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Negotiate terms of sale with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and successful transactions.
• Collaborate and be adaptable for learning the provided sales process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in door to door, preferably roofing sales.
• Strong skills in cold outreach and creating relationships with strangers.
• Excellent negotiation abilities to close deals effectively.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortability going door to door and friendly personality.
• Familiarity with inside sales processes and strategies is preferred.
