As an Entry Level Human Resources/Recruiter with our company, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about human resources, have strong communication skills, and are eager to embark on a career in recruiting. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and engage with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with the development of job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Participate in career fairs, campus recruiting events, and other outreach initiatives to attract talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, or customer service is desirable but not required.
- Those that are bi-lingual (English & Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Compensation: $23 - $24/hour DOE (Paid Weekly)
Location: Englewood, CO (On-site)
Schedule: Monday- Friday(8-hour day shifts)
At least 40 per week
