Description

Job Description: As an Events Assistant at XTalk Prep Consultants, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events. You will work closely with the Events Manager and team to ensure that all events run smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including conferences, workshops, and corporate meetings.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all event details are managed efficiently.
• Manage event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and scheduling.
• Prepare and distribute event materials, such as agendas, invitations, and promotional items.
• Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met for all tasks.
• Provide on-site support during events to address any issues and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Assist in post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for events.
