Baptist Health System - San Antonio TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Navigator for a nursing job in San Antonio, Texas.

Summary:
The main objective of this position is to develop and operate a spine center of excellence for Baptist Health
System across the continuum from conservative care to post surgery if indicated. This role will work closely with
Nursing Unit Leaders across the System. The Spine Navigator (RN) will report to the Neuroscience Service Line
Administrator for Baptist Health System with a dotted line to the Chief Nursing Officer (or Designee). Other
related duties as assigned.
This role requires excellent communication skills, initiative, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, superb
planning and organizational skills. Prior experience with cerner and use of excel and Microsoft Office products
are particularly helpful. This is a full time position in which most of the work will be during the day shift, but
there may be some early morning meetings or early evening meetings. It is an exempt position and the RN is
expected to flex their time accordingly.
