Join our remarkable team as an Executive Chef at Wolfgang Puck Catering, a prestigious corporate dining client. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a world-class culinary team, crafting flawless, innovative dishes and managing high-volume corporate dining operations.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully implement and coordinate daily kitchen operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of 30+ employees.
• Ensure outstanding food quality and presentation.
• Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement seasonal menus with a focus on scratch cooking.
• Efficiently manage logistics in a small, high-volume kitchen.
• Collaborate with suppliers for the freshest ingredients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for farm-to-table cuisine and balanced practices.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday.
