About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director with a strong background in nonprofit or adjacent sectors to lead its mission of inspiring young people through arts-integrated learning and creative experiences. Strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and a commitment to equity and culturally responsive practices are essential. The ideal candidate will also have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience in leading organizational rebuilds or start-ups, and familiarity with the education landscape in the region. The role requires a leader who can grow resources, drive revenue strategies, and build a talented, inclusive team to support the organization's mission.
