Mobile, Alabama ! In this crucial role, you'll lead teams to successful project completion in foundation repair, particularly piering, ensuring top-notch quality and exceptional customer satisfaction. Take charge of exciting projects in foundation repair, basement and crawlspace waterproofing, encapsulation, and more.
What You'll Do: - Lead and supervise field crews on foundation repair and piering projects, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely completion.
- Operate a wide range of hand and power tools, including jackhammers and excavating equipment
- Perform physical labor as needed, including trench digging, brace setting for excavation support, and job site cleanup after project completion.
- Work in confined spaces, including crawl spaces, as part of installation and repair tasks.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on-site.
- Ensure company vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools, and other assets are properly maintained.
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure alignment with project goals and company standards.
- Deliver exceptional service and professionalism to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, track productivity, and ensure budget goals are met.
What You'll Need: - Proven experience in foundation repair and pier installation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Foreman in the construction industry.
- Servant-leader mindset with strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate equipment and power tools as needed.
- Valid driver's license with ability to be insured by company.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in construction management or business preferred.
