Join to apply for the Handyman role at UG2 The Handyperson , under the direction of the Supervisor or Manager, is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across different areas of a facility. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems, and the capacity to work independently. Quality customer service skills are essential. Job Responsibilities Repairing and installing locks. Plumbing duties. Assembly of furniture and hanging of pictures. Excellent people skills. Works unsupervised. Porter work as needed. Weekly meetings with facility manager to review various projects. Maintenance and facility repair. Respond to members of staff promptly when called upon. Safety and security awareness. Other routine maintenance duties as assigned. Key Interactions Engage with leaders and stakeholders. Engage with customers, visitors, and clients. Collaborate with other employees. Requirements (Knowledge, Abilities, Skills, And Education And/or Experience) Three to five years of related customer service and/or facility services experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to go to different client sites to perform general maintenance. Handle multiple projects and tasks with high attention to detail. Able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Working Conditions And/or Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for an extended period of time. Attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to work in various physical positions (standing, sitting, walking, bending, repetitive movements).
