Job Title: Inventory Specialist/ Admin

Pay Rate: $17/hr.

Shift: TBD

We are seeking a motivated and detail- orientedcandidatewho understands English and is eager to grow into an Inventory Controller role. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity ideal for someone ambitious, organized, and ready to learn.

The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training to build foundational skills in inventory management and control systems. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and is excited about long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily inventory counts and cycle audits
• Maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing stock
• Support inventory control processes, including labeling and shelving
• Collaborate with team leads to address inventory discrepancies
• Learn and begin using inventory software and tools
• Keep office and stock areas neat and organized
• Assist with additional admin or warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Candidate with the ability to understand and communicate in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Inventory experience preferred, not required — training will be provided
