What we are looking for:
The Junior Designer supports the creative execution of marketing initiatives across digital, retail, and event channels. This role works under the direction of the Creative Manager to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality, multi-platform assets. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn and excited to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative creative team.
Job Duties
Assist in the design of marketing materials across digital, retail, and event channels
Adapt design templates and resize assets for multiple platforms (social, print, email, in-store, etc.)
Support internal creative needs, including presentation decks, campaign assets, event mockups, and brand visuals
Prepare deliverables for print and digital production (file exports, file formats, resolution checks, etc.)
Maintain brand consistency and uphold creative standards across all visual outputs
Collaborate with and learn under the direction of the Creative Manager and Designer
Organize, name, and archive creative files in accordance with brand workflows
Meet production timelines and participate in creative review sessions as needed
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in graphic design or related internship/academic training.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with digital design tools.
Solid understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
