Description Position Overview: . We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support our team with compliance-related data entry and analysis. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Excel, with the ability to manage both quantitative and qualitative data. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance processes are efficiently executed while adhering to tight deadlines Key Responsibilities: Perform quantitative and qualitative data entry related to compliance processes. Maintain accurate records and support compliance tracking efforts. Utilize Excel to manage, organize, and analyze datasets effectively. Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within tight turnaround times and meet established deadlines. Assist in process improvements and identify areas for efficiency enhancements. Requirements Proficiency in Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting, filtering, etc.). Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle quantitative data entry accurately. Highly responsive to deadlines and able to manage workload efficiently. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
