ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a motivated and capable Junior Business Analyst to join our Systems & Business Transformation team. This is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional to work directly with the Head of Systems and Business Transformation on high-impact initiatives that support our Global Contact Center - a critical function at the heart of our customer experience.In this role, you'll contribute to the full lifecycle of business change initiatives , from gathering and documenting requirements to analyzing current processes and supporting the delivery of effective solutions. You'll gain exposure to cross-functional teams and strategic projects, developing both technical and business acumen along the way.This is an ideal position for someone eager to learn, contribute meaningfully, and grow into a well-rounded and impactful business analyst.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
Support the design and improvement of business processes, customer journeys, and internal workflows.
Create clear and concise documentation (e.g., process flows, requirements specs, user stories, business cases).
Help evaluate new tools, systems, and platforms that support digital transformation goals.
Assist in project coordination, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates across teams.
Participate in solution testing (UAT), user training, and change management activities.
Analyze operational data and trends to support better decision-making and performance tracking.
Continuously identify opportunities for operational improvement or automation.
ABOUT YOU / MUST HAVE 1-3 years of experience in a business analysis or project support role (can include internships or hybrid roles).
Comfortable working independently with guidance, while taking initiative to learn and improve.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation and insights.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools like Confluence, Miro, or Trello.
Interest in technology, business processes, and how systems can drive efficiency.
