Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using ServiceNow scripting languages. Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve production problems related to the ServiceNow platform. Manage multiple development projects simultaneously while being organized and taking detailed notes. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, proposing enhancements and upgrades. Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification from ServiceNow. Minimum 2 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, HR, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM, SecOps, etc.) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities, scripting languages, and architecture. Proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and best practices for software design. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies. Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
