Job Summary:
The Kitchen and Bathroom Designer will work closely with clients and production staff to create custom kitchen and bathroom designs that align with both aesthetic goals and functional needs. This position will involve designing layouts for kitchens and bathrooms, with a strong emphasis on the integration of cabinetry, cultured marble products, and other materials. The Designer will play a critical role in ensuring that all designs reflect the company’s commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences for kitchen and bathroom spaces.
  • Create detailed, customized kitchen and bathroom designs that incorporate cabinetry, cultured marble, and other materials to create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces.
  • Provide 3D renderings and technical drawings of designs using design software.
  • Offer expert recommendations on materials, color schemes, layout options, and finishes to enhance design outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the latest design trends, product innovations, and industry best practices.
  • Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to clients, suppliers, and the production team.
  • Support the sales team by providing design consultations, showroom guidance, and product demonstrations as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in kitchen and bathroom design, preferably with cabinetry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, including cultured marble, cabinetry, countertops, and flooring options.
  • Proficiency in 2020 design software
  • Solid understanding of design principles, space planning, and construction standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, team members, and suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for design aesthetics and function.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
