  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a team culture that fosters collaboration, learning, and professional growth

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally including projects in Arlington, Fairfax, and Loudoun Counties
  • Professional Landscape Architecture license preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design tools
  • Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and a collaborative design process

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

Our client offers an inclusive, supportive workplace with benefits designed to promote balance, health, and professional growth. Their package includes:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Flexible hybrid work options
  • Generous PTO and company holidays
  • On-demand access to an external career coach

This is a chance to join a respected design practice, take the lead on projects that shape communities, and play a key role in mentoring the next generation of designers.
