Our New Albany Hand and Stone location is looking to bring on a new Esthetician specifically able to work weekends and evenings to fill in necessary appointments during high volume days/times. We are open to part time and full time availability.
Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa - New Albany is perfectly placed right off Route 161 in the newly developed Hamilton Square for an easy commute from anywhere in central Ohio. New Albany is prestigious, well established community that still continues to be one of the fastest growing suburbs in Ohio. New Albany community as a whole promotes healthy living for its residents, making it the perfect place for our new Hand and Stone location. The New Albany location opened in November 2020 and quickly became one of the top franchise spas in central Ohio. Hand and Stone - New Albany was one of the fastest growing spas in the country earning Hand and Stone's Fast Track Award (2021) and Rookie of the Year (2022).

We continue to find success by creating a culture that is built on the basic principles of treating people, clients, and teammates fairly and showing everyone that we truly care about them! Job Responsibilities:
- Regularly perform consecutive 50 minute facials, Microdermabrasion, peels, microcurrent, hair removal, and other skin care services.
- Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health benefits of regular facials.
- Make appropriate recommendations on service enhancements and frequency.
- Meet sales and upgrade goals consistently.
- Familiarize and perform Hand and Stone signature services.
- Maintain detailed treatment records for all clients.
- Actively connect with customers and the community to build a solid book of clients and members.
- Listen and adapt to client feedback.
- Maintain a professional, clean work environment and appearance.
- Contribute to the betterment of yourself as a professional, the spa family, and the community as a whole.
- Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual spa challenges to earn incentives, bonuses, and perks.
Job Qualifications:
- Ohio-Licensed Esthetician or proof of license application.
- Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations.
- Knowledge and understanding of facials and related products, general skin care, and hair removal.
- Must carry professional liability insurance.
- Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated individual willing to help others.
- Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
- Ability to work with others towards a common goal
- Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability preferred.
- Professionalism and willingness to grow and learn.
- Willingness to learn and grow as a person, employee, and skin care professional.
