Type: Full-time / temp to hire opportunity
Pay: $16 - $17/hr

About the Role:

In this role, you’ll take charge of operating and troubleshooting state-of-the-art packaging machines, helping us hit production goals while maintaining top-notch quality and safety standards. Whether you’ve worked in a warehouse, production, or similar environment, this is a great opportunity to level up your career in a growing industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor high-speed, machine-paced packaging lines
• Troubleshoot issues such as conveyor jams, part malfunctions, and product handling problems
• Ensure quality control and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Enter accurate production and quality data electronically
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Production or warehouse experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required (if you don’t have one, Manpower offers programs to
• help you earn it)
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work standing for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform physical tasks like
• bending and reaching
