This is a 6-month freelance opportunity, 40 hours/week, with potential to extend. The role is fully remote, but candidates in EST/CST time zone preferred. Your primary focus will be on print design and production, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, signage, and marketing collateral. You will work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand identity. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and design requirements. Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually compelling designs for print and digital materials. Create layouts that effectively communicate key messages while adhering to brand guidelines. Select appropriate colors, fonts, images, and other visual elements to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of each design. Ensure all designs are optimized for printing by following industry standards for file formats, resolution, color profiles, bleeds/crops marks etc. Work efficiently within established timelines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design revisions while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing print design work. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Solid understanding of typography principles, color theory, and layout composition techniques. Familiarity with print production processes including prepress, file preparation, and proofing methods. Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in final output quality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being an effective collaborator within a team setting.
