JD:

MUST HAVE:

• Receive Medicare AEP template requirements, including redlined versions and required changes
• Add letter requests to a tracking sheet and save a copy of the Intake form and all corresponding letter copies.
• Solution design for requirements in both TCS and ODS by performing template development and testing support.
• Ensure templates meet provided requirements, including updating TCS Keyed Inserts for updated NDN/MLI.
• Generate sample copies for validation.
• Map letter templates in EAM and create necessary mapping report for validation.
• Update tracking sheet for each template with completion date.
• Clearly document changes in both JIRA and SMP for tracking, traceability, and release purposes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in template design and development.
• Expert understanding of Trizetto Communication System (TCS) letter tool and Enrollment Application Manager (EAM) application.
• Familiarity with ODS letter development tool a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
• Strong understanding of Medicare and CMS requirements and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
