Occupational Therapist (OT) – San Marcos Unified School District \n\n
Location: San Marcos, CA
\n Schedule: Full-time, 7.5 hours/day (Monday–Friday)
\n Pay: $45–$60/hour (based on experience)
\n Start Date: January 12th
RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join San Marcos Unified School District . This is a school-based position supporting students across K–8 and elementary sites. You’ll be part of a collaborative and welcoming district team dedicated to helping students reach their goals.
\n\nPosition Details:
\n\nFull-time, on-site role (no virtual)
\n\t\n\t7.5 hours per day, Monday–Friday
\n\t\n\tAssignment runs through the end of the school year, with possible extension
\n\t\n\tCollaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
\n\t\n\tPhone interview required prior to offer
\n\t\nRequirements:
\n\nActive California OT license or credential
\n\t\n\tSchool-based experience preferred but not required
\n\t\n\tExcellent communication and teamwork skills
