Job Description

Position Title: Inside Sales Representative

Salary: $60,000 per year

As an Inside Sales Representative at this company, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads and driving new customer acquisition. You’ll play a key role in educating prospective customers, identifying their needs, and recommending tailored insurance solutions. You’ll work closely with marketing, underwriting, and customer support to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand property coverage requirements.
- Educate customers on company's offerings and explain policy details clearly and confidently.
- Generate and deliver quotes using company's proprietary tech platform.
- Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
