Technical/Functional Skills
Strong understanding of Financial and Accounting concepts.
- 8+ years of experience as a functional analyst in Oracle Applications 11i/R12.
- Expertise in Oracle GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, iProcurement modules.
- Hands on experience in I Receivables implementation and support (Mandatory).
- Good working knowledge of Oracle PBCS.
- Familiarity with Oracle Project Costing, Internet Expense modules.
- Knowledge of AME and Workflow.
- Understanding of EBS Tax, I Expenses, and Credit Card processing.
- Familiarity with Payables and Purchasing integration with Vertex, General Ledger integration with Hyperion is a plus.
- Proven application support skills, including problem analysis and resolution.
- Effective liaison between the business community and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in using TOAD or other SQL tools for writing simple queries to perform data validations and support end users.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Roles & Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Lead business conversations to understand business pain points and process automation opportunities as a lead business analyst.
- Develop, implement, and support business solutions within Oracle R12 E-Business Suite environment, focusing on General Ledger, Payables, Receivables (AR), Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA), Assets (FA), Order Management, Purchasing (PO), iProcurement, I Receivables, and Project (PA) modules.
- Display excellent working knowledge of EBS R12.1+ and EBS 12.2+ versions.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and perform Fit-Gap analysis.
- Collaborate with Oracle Support for knowledge and issue resolution.
- Provide support for month-end period close activities.
- Reconcile sub-ledgers with General Ledger.
- Create and lead system testing, including the development of test scripts. Support user acceptance testing and go-live activities.
- Ensure adherence to all IT controls and maintain alignment with IT Strategies.
- Manage application lifecycles, including release planning (enhancement/upgrade) and routine maintenance (bug fixes and patching).
- Take ownership of small to mid-size projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
