Order Fulfillment Manager

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Oversee daily order processing through supply chain, production and shipment coordination
• Use Oracle ERP systems to manage system workflows, production scheduling and inventory
• Develop and maintain business reports and dashboards for KPIs and support decision making
• Lead, train and empower a team of order fulfillment associates and foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field
• 5 years of experience in Order Fulfillment
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP systems
• Proficiency in business reporting tools (e.g. Oracle BI, Power BI, Excel)
• Proven ability to build trust and lead effective teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Legal authorization to work in the United States sponsorship will not be provided for this position

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• APICs CPIM certification
• Familiarity with international shipping and customs

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $85,500-110,100 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
