Will move to $17.64/hour after a successful 90‑day review. Associates or bachelor’s preferred. LEADERSHIP: Model strong manager traits, treat team members and customers with respect, listen well, results and action oriented, seek growth. Essential Role Functions RECRUITING: Seek out the right fit, interview, place new hires. DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING: Develop and train team members to their full potential. ACHIEVING RESULTS: Drive action based on key store metrics and performance. CLUB READINESS: Maintain club readiness to meet quality standards. HUMAN RESOURCES: Manage employee status, wages, employment details, schedules. ADMIN & FACILITIES: Assist with admin tasks and equipment and facilities upkeep. FITNESS OVERSIGHT: Support fitness instructors in engaging and reaching new members. Assistant Manager in Training Program Once hired, you will enter an 8 to 12‑week training program with the goal of becoming an Assistant Manager at a Planet Fitness location. You remain in the program until you meet all requirements and pass a 60‑ to 90‑day review. Upon meeting standards, you will receive Assistant Manager status; promotion may occur earlier if performance is exceptional. Compensation: $16.88–$17.64 per hour.
