Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and motivated Production Manager who genuinely cares about what they do. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a resourceful mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment all while keeping a great sense of humor and a positive attitude.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage project workflow from start to completion, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
  • Supervise and support production staff; assign and oversee daily job tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with the estimating and sales teams to maintain clear communication and smooth operations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, installers, and business partners.
  • Manage inventory, complete purchase requests, and oversee quality control systems.
  • Coach, mentor, and cross-train team members to support a high-performing production environment.
  • Track production metrics, analyze performance data, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee estimating processes, coordinate installations, and maintain competitive industry knowledge.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and productive workplace culture with high employee morale.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in large-format print production management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Onyx RIP, Outlook, and Microsoft Office .
  • Hands-on experience with large-format printing equipment, finishing processes, and materials.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • GED or equivalent required.
