Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Machine Operator to join their team. As a Production Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Machine Operator

Location: Weslaco, TX

Pay Range: starting $13.00

What's the Job?

• Operate production machinery, including forklifts and lathes, to manufacture products according to specifications.
• Perform materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading materials and finished products.
• Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product quality meets established standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety and quality protocols.
• Package finished products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in a warehouse or food manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with tooling processes and mechanical knowledge is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
