Job Description The Choice is seeking a Program Manager for our client, a higher education association that manages admissions and continuing education for students and professionals in the field of dental education. The Program Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the Office of Learning (OL) leadership programs and will deliver effective programs that support oral health professions. The incumbent will collaborate with staff liaisons to the Leadership Institute Alumni Board (LIAA) and other alumni groups developing from these programs. This role will also serve as the liaison for career and professor programs. This position is a long-term contract need (at least 6 months approximately, but could be extended). The organization is located in downtown DC (close walking distance to all Metro lines) and will require a hybrid work schedule of Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays in office and Monday/Fridays remote. 35-hour work week. We are seeking candidates with: Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher. Degrees focused in public and/or higher education would be very relevant. At least 5 years of related professional experience. Experience with volunteer member committees. Documented expertise in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and videoconference/meeting software such as Zoom/Teams. An interest in, and ability to learn technologies as needed (e.g., SmartSheet, OpenWater, SharePoint). Ability to travel to member events as needed. Primary Responsibilities Support the Chief Learning Officer. Collaborate with content experts and staff in supporting the educational programs for Office of Learning leadership meetings. Manage all website and outward-facing member materials that facilitate candidate, participant, and fellow understanding of, application to, and participation in the programs, in collaboration with the Chief Learning Officer. Assist with budgets for the Office of Learning leadership programs and ensure that the programs meet attendance, revenue, and expense goals. Review and submit reimbursements for the Office of Learning leadership programs. Develop, track, label, and maintain all program documentation (including agendas, website materials, tuition, reimbursements, deferrals) in the Office of Learning Teams folder, Smartsheet, or other shared programs. Manage information for the leadership programs in a format that can be utilized for quality improvement and CERP (Commission for Continuing Education Provider) requirements.
