Overview DV Chain is scaling up! We’re looking for a Proprietary Crypto Trader to develop and implement alpha-generating trading strategies within the Cryptocurrency markets. You will be joining a tight-knit, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team that is building solutions across the Crypto ecosystem. Job Responsibilities Work with our research team and other traders on our crypto trading desk to identify new opportunities that will complement and enhance our current suite of strategies. Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in managing risk while contributing to all other aspects of trading activities such as position management, reconciliation, research, and post trade analysis. Develop and share a deep understanding of market-structure, fundamental trends, and regulatory considerations in the crypto markets. Requirements Market making experience trading Equities, Cryptocurrencies, or FX. Proven track record of alpha generating strategies, idea generation, and managing portfolio risk. Experience managing retail order flow and signal generation. Ability to articulate and troubleshoot trades, strategies, and systems. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
